How should I address seniors as an intern?
This may be a stupid question, but when talking to MDs as an intern, is it standard to address them as Mr./Mrs. or by their first name?

First name to everyone, anything else is very weird. Please do not call your MD's or ED's by Mr/Ms/Mrs last name.
