How to find LMM IB Shops
Title basically. Currently working in operations in Boston at an AM firm. Looking to break into banking with 2 finance internships (boutique IB soph, F500 jun). Have the option to move to FO at AM shop in a year, but applying to IB stints online fail given my background. Everyone here says to do LMM IB > MM, but struggling where to find/apply at these firms. Open to anywhere
just search up wso lmm industry you are interested in should find some results
There are a few boutiques in every city, and if you look them up and haven’t heard of them (I.e. they’re not an elite boutique) then they are LMM. If you can’t find them as easy as that - then you shouldn’t be in the industry.

Stephens is MM/LMM they literally open up on August 1st.
I think Bank Street Group focuses on MM and LMM companies as well specifically in the TMT cov group/sector. I believe they recruited recently or are recruiting for SA now if I am not wrong? Same with AGC Partners which focuses on MM Tech M&A deals.
