How to incorporate the element of fullfilment into life whilst in Finance

Many of you will point to the fact that I'm just an intern at the minute, and I am completely aware it's a long while off, but I was recently exploring the idea of what I would find fulfilment in life (outside of my own career aspirations in finance) - ultimately trying to understand what I would feel ticks this box for me.

I wanted to ask the forum if anyone has ever thought about any other ways they may increase their sense of fullfilment on the side or even doing something like transitioning into teaching full-time? When does it become feasible, is it even feasible, and if so - how would you do it?

I really have come to appreciate the idea of teaching a new generation and trying to incorporate some guidance & structure for them to pursue their aspirations. But, I thought it may be hard to transition into teaching if you have been in finance for a while & may have the quote on quote 'golden handcuffs' by which point.

Would love to hear thoughts.
