I’m really interested in the negotiations of salary for investment banking, I’m confident some people manage to negotiate higher than what is usually posted on the forums, though I am not sure. How do you negotiate the salary? And how much larger have you managed to increase it.

Unless you're a Rockstar MD rainmaker I don't think there is much negotiation, especially at the junior level since there is about another 1000 people gunning for your position. But if there is, definitely would like to hear it.

There's no real negotiating at the Analyst level roles. Either you sign the offer, or you look for somewhere that pays people a higher salary. Good luck!
