How to project out future change in net working capital on DCF?

My boss at internship wants me to make a DCF detailing how much the company I work for is worth. Stuck on one part - I have Change in Net Working Capital for future years as a percentage of revenue but he says this is incorrect. What is the best way to project this out? For reference, this is at a software company with almost no COGS/inventory/CapEx etc
