How Well do Diversity Programs feed into the firm?
How much does a Diversity program help in terms of securing a return offer? If I secure an offer for a Freshman program, how likely is it that I'll get in for the Sophomore one? And for the Sophomore one, how likely is it that I'll get in for Junior? Thanks for your help.
