How you handle with anxiety and stress?

International student on F1 visa. I need to find a job before 2021 May, otherwise I have to leave US. I am currently preparing very hard for 2021 full-time recruitment (not IB). TBH I am not sure whether I can even get the 1st round. Also I am suffered from many family issues and other chaos. All these things make me hard to breathe and feel anxious all the time.

I am afraid of spending money because I feel like I have no qualification to do so if I cannot find a job. I just purchase staples, limiting myself to 10 dollars/day. Spending without earning makes me anxious (self penalty?) Sometimes I would go for a walk or play piano, but I don't feel they help much since seeking job is always lingering around my mind. How do you handle with anxiety? (Dad died of cancer, no contact with mom, no relatives can talk to)

*I appreciate your help. Please provide valid suggestions instead of joking or taunt.

I go on walks to burn off stress. Generally, things normally end up better than you suspect they will I find. Im a worrier too. Sometimes you just have to let go, keep grinding and try to worry about what you can control. I would exercise a good bit though as it raises dopamine levels and just helps you stay healthier.
