Hypothetical situation
If you had offers from Raymond James C&R, Cantor Fitzgerald, and FT Partners all for IB, which would you take for summer analyst? From which would lateralling into EB/BB be the easiest after graduation? Many thanks!

Career Resources
Prbly RJ or Cantor those are pretty level
Is RJ nyc better than cantor? And why not ftp if I may ask - seems like they consistently been working on multibillion dollar deals
I would’ve said FTP over all of those if they didn’t change their SA program to 6 weeks and a lowered base from 140 to 100. But ig if you’re just gonna re recruit FTP wouldn’t be bad so you’re kind of in and out as fast as possible without having to suffer 10 weeks at a place where you know you don’t want to work.
Oh didn't know they lowered base, where'd you find this info?
If you’re asking this question, the answer is not FTP. They are HARDCORE.
Cantor would be my pick. RayJ has had a lovely last few years. They’re doing very nicely.
What about for re-recruiting opportunities? Since this is an SA role
The answer’s the same
If they're hardcore, wouldn't it be easier to lateral out since other banks know that
