At my BB, I have seen more and more of the analyst job become outsourced. For example, we now have international assistance for creating working group lists (WGL), formatting specific sections of pitch decks (maps, logos, etc.), and sometimes even creating drafts of committee memos.
What types of outsourcing support do you guys have at your BB, MM, EB banks?
I am curious to see how outsourcing has affected other banks and whether you guys think this will continue.

I outsource maps/formatting/WGL internally. The IB software tools show that technology is doing more and more of the analyst's job. Analysts will never be instinct but they may evolve into roles that build client relationships and present after tech catches up.
