IB Associate to PE
curious because i haven’t found much information about this but incoming at a mid-tier bulge bracket. concerned about deal flow and thinking of trying to lateral a year into a better bb/eb. is it still feasible to recruit for pe as like a first year or second year associate after getting more deals under my belt?
