IB SA 2024 (NYC)

Given that RBC and Rothschild have opened apps (and yes I know that RBC interviews way later historically), when do we think everyone else will kick off? I know KKR opened Jan 1st last year and EB's were early Feb. This is for non-diversity.

Went through the non-diverse process several years ago (2020sa)

Process kicked off with Citi which started in mid-Feb. Most BB completed hiring by June except GS which kicked off in July. EB varied with some being early (CVP, PWP, Gug in April) and some being late (EVR in July/August).

MM were another story. MM are usually late. Most did not start process until August/September and process continued until December (Stifel, Scotiabank, etc).

Echoing the last poster - you've got time.

GS no longer recruits in July*

As of last year, GS opened early April with regional office superdays in April and NYC in May

*They technically open another round in July but I'm p sure most IB offers are already filled in the April round

CVP was later than the others this year, as in past years (had SA2023 super in September)

One thing to comment is it really depends on your school. If total non-target, expect the last wave of superdays for every bank. For ex: Citi at my school had superdays in March as we are a top target, but everyone we send to EBs had to get accelerated timelines or was slotted into the last superday. I know Citi for other schools had their superdays months later.

Hey I heard from a friend at an EB, looks like they just wrapped up their first round of interviews for 2024. Looks like this year's recruiting cycle is starting way earlier than before.

kkr opened today

Am I dumb or does the form make you choose between PE - NY and PE - Menlo? We can't select both?
