IB SA PWP vs BofA London

I have offers from both firms. During the process I got along very well with the interviewers from both firms and I have some calls lined up this week to gain a better impression. Nevertheless, I was wondering what the reputation in the city is regarding deal flow and culture.

Have good friends in both of them. Personally would take PWP over BofA. General agreement is:

Deal flow: highly team dependent. both have strong teams and weak teams. PWP has 2-3 very strong teams carrying the rest. BofA obviously has more teams and more headcount

Culture: BofA has some very terrible seniors in his team and apparently other groups as well. Stories about PWP have been mostly positive, key differentiator imo is the exposure you get as a junior at PWP.

Compensation: PWP wins at analyst and associate level due to bonus. unsure beyond that.

Also, conversion rate at PWP this year was over 70%
