IBD Background Check
Hi folks (ignore title),
Quick question, how does the background check work at JPM/MS/GS type of banks for VP lateraling? Are they simply contacting the individual you gave them for the referencing or are they going to HR/Compliance/anyone else in the event you are certified/regulated?
