IBD In Dubai | Compensation & Exit Opportunities
Hey Everyone,
What are your views on working in IBD in Dubai? Most interested in compensation and exit opportunities. Is the pay that great?
Career killer, would only considered if i was sure i want for to stuck up some money before exiting finance

Base comp at a top EB (Moelis / Roth / Evercore) for analysts is the equivalent of €8k (and interns €6.3k) / month (tax free ofc)
what about Associate pay? base + bonus?
I don't know, I would expect the analyst / assoc gap to be the same as everywhere else. Bonus - hard to tell, this year should not be great although activity in ME is still pretty strong vs Europe/USA
Hey, I have checked on Glassdoor and a lot of other comp sites and noticed that IB analysts are getting paid approximately AED 20k/month (USD 5500). It sounds like they are pretty much underpaid, is it true?
