I've heard about ICM at Citi (Institutional Credit Management), as someone I know well works there. What is ICM categorized as? He tells me it's front office but I'm not so sure. He's also kind of a retard so finding it hard to believe. Is it back office or middle office or what? Any idea on Exit opps?
