In-Person Superday Mannerisms
I have an in-person superday coming up, and I'm curious if anyone has any recommendations on the best way to approach the subtle mannerisms I display in the interview. For context, all of my interviews have been over video so far, and I've never interviewed in-person for any position lol.
I know smiling and being enthusiastic is a given, but what do interviewers think about speech pace, hand gestures, and anything else of relevance, if at all?
This is overthinking. Over-engineering your mannerisms will never come across natural. Treat it like any conversation you’d have with someone senior to you in college etc.
Be respectful, friendly, show off how much the role means to you and you’ll be sweet
