Does anyone have any insight into what the offer rate looks like after attending an in-person superday for a MM shop in NYC?

It’s 25-50%, ranges a bit based on bank and how individual candidates perform but this is generally how banks plan from a forecasting perspective
Agree with above, 25-50% is a good range to think about, but I've seen 6/6 hired and also 0/10. It is so dependent on individual candidates. Banks don't say "we're hiring 50% today" unless it's the very end of the season and they're filling one or two remaining spots.
