Incoming Analyst Pay Raise?

Let me begin this post by thanking all the analysts, associates, and above who pushed for pay increases for the incoming class. GS13 if you’re reading this, you all deserve a round of drinks from every new analyst benefitting from your efforts.

My BB hasn’t given or disclosed any information about this to us in any formalized way, much less given us information when pay raises would be instated. Does anyone know if these rates typically become instated after analyst training/certification? First payslip didn’t reflect an increase.

Thanks for the help!

Interested too, I haven’t started yet but my bank has said they were raising bases. Apparently no one incoming has heard anything at the bank. Perhaps we have to wait until training is over?

I agree I’m hoping to hear something before I start training in August but I think OP just posted and what he said made sense. We’ll probably get an email once we start that will give us an update and if not it’ll be probably be back paid after the first paycheck
