Incoming FT – Question on Internal Mobility within Wells Fargo
Hi, I'm going to be starting in a few months at the NYC office, and was curious to hear from folks at the firm or previously how feasible it is to laterally move within the firm. I'm honestly not really sure what I want in the future, but I do know that various groups within IB interest me. I don't really care for exits, but I know that could change. Basically, just want to know if I want to happen to move in the future, how is moving within groups viewed at the firm and if it's common/possible.
