As someone who didn't get a return because of company poor performance, I advise anyone to first consider the return offer rate. If you have multiple offers, that should be the first thing you check. Given the current economy, it is so hard to get a job/internship no matter your past internship. Students going to Morgan Stanley, Ares, Baird,.. or others places that barely gave return offers this year should be careful !
