Information on Teneo Investment Banking?

Anyone have any information on Teneo Capital Advisory? I didn’t see many threads on them overall and not much recent info. I am interested in learning about the M&A and restructuring teams, not really the consulting arm (though if that plays a part at all would be interested in hearing about it).

Typical deal size
Analyst to associate promotions?
Analyst experience, how much modeling, how involved in the process, etc.
PE exits?
Peer firms (really have no idea. Do they compete with Raymond James, Lincoln? - just throwing semi-random names out there)
Culture/how sweaty
Other relevant info
Overall impression of the firm

“I recently had my first roadmap meeting with a mentor from WSO Academy, and it was truly a pleasure. We had such an open, genuine, and insightful conversation. What I appreciated most was how closely his background, career path, and long-term vision aligned with my own ambitions. It was almost as if we shared the same goals and outlook on the future, which made the conversation even more valuable.
