I've recently progressed to a final round interview at SoftBank for an investment associate position with the Vision Fund and was looking for more information on what the position would entail.
Does anybody have any idea what the culture at SoftBank is like? What are the hours like? More like MF or VCs? Is the job more like VC or PE?
Any information on SoftBank would be helpful.

Unfortunately didn't get the job, but posting here for anyone who interviews in the future.
The interview had a relatively simple 2 hour model test and was a mix between VC, Growth Equity and PE interview. Make sure you have a good understanding of Vision Fund Strategy and the PortCos.
Also a good knowledge of the tech center is a must.
