Internal Mobility at Top BB

Hello, I currently work in a back office, "grunt labor" role (think front desk assistant / janitor / HR) at a Tier 2 MS office. I was wondering how easy it would be to transition into MO/FO. I have a solid background as a finance major at a decent semi-target (think IUKelley/Cornell/Georgetown) and earned an SAT score in the top 75th percentile of all test-takers nation wide (1210). Given my prestigious pedigree and brand name company on resume, what are the odds of moving up the ladder?
