Interview Prep: Deals

Does anyone know of an online source that has detailed info about recent M&A deals? I've always come prepared to even a coffee chat with a deal in mind but recently a banker has asked me for details about the deal such as "what multiples have they used in the deal?" So if anyone knows of a good source for deal news that would be great. Thanks.

I keep up with a newer high finance focused publication called The Buttonwood Tree. It's like WSJ Pro, but the price isn't crazy if your shop doesn't cover it already and for students it's like 4 bucks... Saved me for superdayhttps://buttonwoodtree.net/
