Hey Guys,
I'm a first year M&A analyst at a boutique investment bank/advisory shop (Greenhill, Perella Weinberg, Moelis), with a little bit of free time as I'm in between deals. I lurk this subreddit often on my main account but don't post here. I often see a lot of content about how to break into IB or about the recruiting process, so I thought I would do Q&A since I have some experience. I participated in my firm's recruiting process. I mainly focused on recruiting efforts for my alma mater, but I did work on screening and selecting resumes from other applicants as well. Ask away about the recruiting process in general, advice, or other questions about IB if you have them!
