Besides OCR/resume drop, I applied to many many places online and had MDs forward resumes, etc in December and beginning this month but have not heard back anywhere thats not OCR (places include BBs like CS and MMs like Harris Williams). Is it still early in the process, or did I get rejected from most of these places?

I believe non-target/website resume-drop superdays occur after target superdays (atleast that's how it was for FT). Since you didn't apply through OCR, you might be contacted for the non-target ones.
OK cool - are those the cases for just BBs or most places, because a HLHZ recruiter specifically told me they don't look at applications till after February, so do places like Harris, William Blair, Sagent, etc recruit later?
