Is okay to only list my post-freshman year GPA and omit my cumulative GPA on my resume?

I'm at a target but due to some family deaths and distractions, I messed up my freshman year.

Is it okay if I just list my post-freshman year GPA (3.64) and omit my cumulative (3.31)? If yes, should I just write Post-Freshman Year GPA 3.64 or GPA (Post-Freshman Year) 3.64 or whatever?

I always assume something was excluded because it's bad - personally anything w/o an overall GPA on it I assume is less than a 3.3, more likely closer to the 3.0 range. Your overall GPA isn't so atrocious (e.g. has a 2 in front of it) that I don't think this is a case where you really should leave it off.

If you're applying only online, you have to put your overall GPA anyways, which means you'll be dinged. If you network and people push you through, you've already explained yourself and gotten that validation there.

Would be curious to hear other certified professionals' thoughts - fully admit I'm more of a GPA snob than most.

What year are you OP? If you just finished your sophomore year then that means you are basically excluding 50% of your school experience in which case I would list cumulative and be prepared to explain in interviews.

At best I think you could add Sophomore GPA as a second GPA to show you improved a lot, but you'll still need to put cumulative

If you are post junior or even graduated I suppose you could possibly do this.
