Is remote internship a lot worse than regular onsite internship?
How are remote internships regarded in the eyes of a recruiter or an analyst? Would people look down upon it compared to a regular onsite internship?

Of course. What even is a remote internship? Sounds like what banks do with their indian teams who work for shit salaries somewhere in bombay
It is unpaid and you just do some company or industry research.
No one knows its remote unless you tell them.
I mean it is pretty obvious if your school is in Evanston and you have a school year internship in New York City.
Was assuming this was for the summer since you didn't specifically indicate this is was an academic year opportunity.
This is just a shit posting all together that requires further information including what kind of firm/role in addition to the timing of the internship to provide any meaningful perspective. Also this post makes it same like you're in a position to choose between a remote internship and a regular onsite one...is that correct?
SB’d for Evanston. You from the North Shore?
