Is the Grass Always Greener?

I have been at the desk for 7 months now, and while I enjoy the nature of the deals I am on and don't mind the long, annoying hours, I don't particularly like the people I am working with. Once banks start recruiting experienced analysts again (let me know if you have any leads), I'm thinking I'd like to hop ship.

1. Is it worth finding a job elsewhere (I do want to stay in banking for the long haul)

2. In lateral interviews, how do I positively spin my reason for wanting to switch banks, without seeming like a person who doesn't get along with others (NOT the case here. I get along fine, but I don't enjoy being around a bunch of socially awkward guys who don't realize how awkward they are)
