Fully in office soon as everyone was vaccinated. Granted you get leeway and if you have to wfh no one really bats an eye. Just the expectation that if you can be in the office, you're there
London MM, 2-3 days a week in office - think things are more flexible over here than in the states
Work at a Dutch bank. We just need to be in office 3 days a week. I have done 2 days plenty of times and nothing happened. I don't abuse it tho.
