IU (pre kelley) vs Penn State (smeal)

hey I'm a senior in high school currently deciding between the two above opportunities with a goal of working in IB post grad in NYC. I'd love to hear thoughts from students at both business programs as well as how my down side looks if I go to IU and don't get into kelley after my freshman year (the threshold for transfer is now that all classes taken freshman year are A- and above (even one B+ dings you from auto transfer). 

Background: Male, not minority, have a few connects at both schools.
