Small group with only a couple analysts. Team is senior banker heavy as they own the relationship with the sponsor. Levfin does the heavy lifting on the modeling/technical side.

They literally have only 2 analysts or so, so I don't have a sample size on exits.

I would just say stay away from Jefferies unless you really have no option. Toxic AF

Oh yeah let’s see. Hypothetically, if I have an offer from Deloitte Corporate Finance and Jefferies I should go with DCF based on your advice?

please go somewhere else and give your advice. Jefferies used to have a bad culture and not saying it’s all rosy now but used to has to be the key word here. There’s a key focus on improving the culture and I think it’s first hand come a long way in the past 4-5 years. Couple that with the success Jeff has seen and continues to see, I think it’s a great place to work at.

OP here. Are you the Analyst 1 from above that already responded to me? If not I would appreciate any insight into the group if you have any. I fully agree with you about your culture point, just wanted to see if it's truly a decent group to be in (experience/exits) or if I'd be better off going to a "lower tier" mm and try to lateral later from there.
