Controversial

Wildly inaccurate. It’s a good mix of debtor / creditor / UCC work. They have an announcement on their LinkedIn showing the deals they closed in 2024. They did quite a few billion dollar non UCCs (also, a several billion dollar UCC still looks amazing on your resume, and the PE / PC guys will rarely know the difference. Really only affects you if you’re recruiting for a workout role / distressed fund.). Also pretty solid exits. Definitely not a PJT, but “shit” is the worst way to put it.

Also the London guys are killing it. Just very new so non cemented on the street.

Overall, I’d probably put them above Greenhill / Piper, but below Guggenheim / PWP
