Just accepted my IB SA offer and I was wondering if anyone knows how the pre-employment screening/back ground check/drug test process works?

drug test a few days before you actually start. spend your year getting high as fuck and having fun. you have to get fingerprinted and do some forms a month before you start in the location you are currently in. no big deal.

Congrats on the offer. Don't knwo about the drug testing, but how come you already have an offer so early? I assume you had an accelerated interview due to a competing exploding offer?
Thanks, it's good to be done with all interviews. I wasn't in a special situation or anything. They just did on campus interviews early and turned around offers quickly.
