I'm not too sure, but my guess is that they have multiple rounds just like everyone else. Which sucks lol.

I heard back Friday afternoon and have a phone screen this week.
I heard back for a phone interview on March 10 and was accepted into the program on March 18!

Probably not. My interviewer basically implied it was one round. My phone screen was just like a causal chat, there were no technical questions. Hope we all get the program! :)
We should all update the thread if/when we hear back from Barclays and JPM so it's useful for people later on.

I actually got grilled pretty hard on technicals during my interview...but then again, I've probably taken more finance classes than other sophomores. Either way, be prepared haha.

It's okay. Try for something else because it's all about trying. For example, I regret not applying to all those freshman/fall semester sophomore year programs, or even programs whose deadlines passed earlier this semester.
I heard back from Barclays and I got it! I still haven't heard anything from JPM...not even an email for rejection.
How did you hear back? The email I got from them was sent via Cevent planner and seemed a bit sketchy -- it actually ended up in my spam folder. Did you get the same email?
I just checked my spam and I also got a cevent planner email. However, I also received a nice, generic congrats email with the subject line, " Sophomore Springboard Invitation". Both emails though have the exact same rsvp link, so you probably got the program as well.

Did anyone receive a confirmation email or contact from Barclays after they submitted their response to the RSVP survey? I submitted my survey last Friday but haven't had any contact from their travel service as mentioned in the invitation email. Thanks in advance :)

I haven't yet but I'm considering emailing them to ask about it. They responded quickly to another question I had so I'm sure they'd be prompt. I can post here once they respond if you'd like :)

@twinkle and @alxx, I got my travel information today and confirmed my flights. I actually was able to mix it up so I could spend a couple extra days in NYC so I'll be there the 13th - 17th (the flight was cheaper so they were ok with it).
Do you think they would let me check in early at the hotel on Thursday if I reach NYC Thursday morning(so I don't cut it close) or should I not ask the travel coordinator that?

I have a lot of questions. 1. when I applied I entered my personal email? How are you guys checking the status of your application because when I finished submitting it only said thank you your information has been saved. 2. Has anyone heard back yet or gotten a rejection email?
I think people have heard back for a phone interview, so it's safe to assume that we didn't get it. It's possible that they are doing URM interviews first and the female interviews later, but that's just me being optimistic.
I'm pretty sure there is no way to check the status of your application unless you contact a recruiter.
Idk I still have my hopes up because I didn't receive a rejection email yet and the deadline is april first. I wonder how you can get in contact with a recruitor.

I remember seeing April 1 as well, but if people have heard back for a "phone interview" then April 1 would be too late to conduct interviews for a program happening two weeks later.
I mean my career center sent out a email about it, I didn't have a recruitor personally, I just reached out to the woman that was at my career fair. Only 1 person said they heard back for a phone interview, so fingers still crossed! I applied for their winning women event too

I'm in the same boat with Barclays. Did my phone interview on the 14th, and still haven't heard back from them...
I got an email about my travel info from Barclays, so maybe? Try for the other diversity programs, I honestly feel like the selection is really random... For example, I thought my JPM program app was good and my school has way more alums there than Barclays, but I didn't hear back from them.
Does anyone know how many people get interviews for the JPM program and how many people they take from interviews?
2300 applied 300 got interviews and idk how many theyre gonna take maybe half? 150?

I know Barclays did some sort of a rolling acceptance, so don't give up all hope yet! They're still finalizing everything, I'm sure everyone will be notified of their standing within the next week or so.
I had my phone screening on March 15th and haven't heard back since... Maybe I should give up for now ..

Just got my invite for ny today, had one phone interview with a guy from texas that was pretty casual-mostly behavioral/"tell me a story" questions..only one tech question on two ways companies raise capital
