Has anybody completed the first round interview for the JP Morgan CIB Summer Analyst internship yet?
If so what were your experiences and what did you think about it? I had my first round interview this morning over the phone and honestly could not get a read on the interviewer(s).

What division are you applying for? What department were the interviewers from? WHat questions did they ask and how did you answer? I had a first round interview and it went good. Got invited to the super day.
Is this for New York? Are you at a target school for JPM?
Yes, New York based Summer Analyst position. No specific department within CIB, but it sounds like it will be heavily based around the M&A team or a coverage group.
Not a target school, but a surprising number of alumni at JP Morgan nevertheless. Both interviewers I spoke with were alumni, one of which being an MD in the Mining and Metals group. The interview was almost entirely about my background and previous experiences, and then they asked the standard "why investment banking" question. Nothing technical or market based, but I tried to relate some of my answers to current events to show familiarity and interest.
Rymonkey, how long after the interview did you get the superday invite?
Also just had the first round phone interview. 30 min phone interview, heavier on technicals When is the superday?
I had the phone screen on a Tuesday and heard back the following Monday. From what you are saying it seems as tho you did well. You should hear back for the latest next week, if not by the end of this week.
I have my 30 min phone interview for CIB Risk on Monday. I don't really know what to expect: technical or fit questions? If technical how do I prepare?
I found out the super day is next week on Wednesday
I submitted my application late November, medium target school, is this a bad sign that I have not heard anything back from them yet?
What do you mean by medium target?
I had the interview last week on Monday and was told to hear back by Friday. It's Monday and the suppose superday is Wednesday (informed by interviewer). Safe to say I didn't get it?
