I couldn't find any threads that specifically talked about this, but I'm curious to see if anyone knows anything about this program.
I got invited to a superday for a summer analyst program specifically targeted for seniors. Will this program essentially be the same as a junior summer internship with the same duties and roughly same full time conversion rate?

I did something completely unrelated in summer. Worked in consumer banking but in project management.
