JPM IB Networking?
Know this has been discussed before on here, but have never seen a definitive answer. Some say they doing you, others say it’s a necessity. Does JPM IB not care at all about networking?
I reached out to HR to ask who I could talk to and they said it is against company policy to give emails. Will they ding you for networking? If so, how do you stand out? Can’t imagine bankers (or frankly even HR) actually sit around watching hundreds of hirevues … and that’s if they only watch from target schools and high gpa
You should not be “reaching out to HR” unless you’re brown or a woman. You talk directly to the people in the IBD. Either on linkedin or by guessing their email.
