Sometimes you just don’t got a choice lol if it’s kroll or not working in the industry entirely I’d rather take kroll and try and lateral after a year or two no? What would be better and whats so bad about it?
85k base starting. constant turnover. interns are generally nepo hires almost entirely. Avoid
What do bonuses look like? If I start here would I be able to lateral after a year or so?
Horrific. First years stubbed 20k, top bucket got ~50k. Depending on group the place can be absolutely sweaty. Comp (including bases) is also a black box and uneven across teams
