Lateral applying for analyst graduate programs?
I noticed that some banks don’t list a specific graduation date requirement and some even list required YOE (e.,0-3 yrs, etc) for their graduate analyst programs. Given this, would these banks be willing to consider a lateral hire from another bank for these programs with nearly 2 YOE?
I understand that some banks like JPM and GS strictly mention “final year undergraduate” in their requirements but I’m mainly asking about programs that don’t clearly state this
