Lateraling Twice in 2 years?

I've been working right now at a specific sector-focused IB boutique now for 6 months as an analyst after completing a little over a year as a munis trader at a BB, which was my first job out of college (graduated December 2016). I've enjoyed the people I've worked with at my boutique despite it being one of the more 'sweat-shop' like banks as discussed on this forum (and in reality) and have learnt a lot, but thinking about making the move to a bigger platform in the next few months

My biggest fear with this however is that I will be labeled as a job-hopper for jumping twice in 2 years and this will create a stigma around my resume. Although I feel like I've progressed as I wanted to do IB out of college but ultimately struck out thus jumping from S&T at a BB to IB at a well-regarded boutique in its sector after 1 year, what is the consensus about making the jump after 1 year at this boutique to a better-known platform (i.e. EB or BB)? Is it worth the risk of being potentially viewed as a 'non-committal" type of employee if you're seemingly progressing upwards in regards to career/brand? Thanks again

I think you just have to be sure this 2nd jump is one you'll commit to for the near-term at least. If the jumps "make sense", I think you're ok. Buddy of mine did MM IB -> HF -> MF PE and I don't think anyone can really fault those moves, but had he then left from that last position after another short stint, I think that's when you get into trouble.
