Not a whole lot of M&A but without a doubt one of the most respected ECM shops in the life sciences space
Looks like the do a decent amount considering their size. Would you think that you would get good deal experience still?
in fact, they've had the same amount of M&A as William Blair's HC group this year it seems.
Know an analyst in their SF office and can confirm this is true. 60-70% of deals he does is equity financing. Not much M&A. Exit is not clear.
I am interested in the SF office. Can you please clarify on "exit is not clear" how hard would it be to lateral to a BB/EB, go into PE, go into VC, etc?

They haven't done any recruitment events but there's a SA resume drop on our career portal. I got the impression that the process might be stagnant rn, they usually come to campus so I'd imagine they'd do an info session when things really get going.
