Leveraged Finance hours in Europe?

Hi all, I would be interested in pursuing a career in LevFin due to the mix of exposure between modeling and markets. However I can't figure out exactly what the average hours might be, as I am hearing some quite different stories.

How much would a junior expect to work in LevFin for a top European bank (say BNP, Credit Agricole)? Are the hours similar for regional offices (Paris, Milan, Madrid) compared to London?

Happy to hear any opinion from those who worked or interned in this group, thank you!

Expect relaxed hours at a 2nd tier European bank like BNPP or CA but shitty culture and shitty pay

Shitty hours at BNP Milan office. Quite bad culture too. Good deal exposure. Best exits are to BB LevFin London, or super niche credit shops (rare).

Some analysts/assoc tend to stay until 00.00 - 1.00 am on average (mon-thu), others even more.

VP usually leave the office before dinner (9 pm) if live deals are not too intense

Just because you have an offer from BNP/CA and need to lie to yourself that they are "top banks", doesn't mean that you need to lie to us also.

At a real top European Bank (DB/Barc) within LevFin

Hours are brutal, can only name one team that leaves the office before us. Exits into PC are quite common from our group
