Just heard back from the recruiting team today. First rounds in NYC office are expected to start mid January.

If you don't mind asking, how was it? I've heard that Lincoln focuses on fit far more then technicals.
You are right that Lincoln focuses on fit more than technicals. However, I was asked several technicals. Ranged from basic accounting/financial statements to valuation casing where ability to think critically and creatively was tested.
