We are looking for smart, outgoing and target-driven independent sales associates to identify prospective clients, connect with them, introduce our services, answer any initial questions and invite them to schedule a call with our team to learn more. For each CEO you introduce, we'll pay you $10,000 in cash or stock - when we take their company public. There is no hourly pay or wage for independent sales associates.
To be successful as an independent sales associate, you should be good at basic research, thoughtful, communicate well, and not be pushy. Ideal candidates already know, mingle with or be very comfortable communicating with smart CEOs who want to raise capital, complete acquisitions to accelerate the growth of their business and create substantial wealth.

The venn diagram overlap between "mingle with CEOs" and "willing to sell your soul for a $10k contingency payment" has got to be pretty small.
How many IPOs do they expect you to bring in a year... They have a handful of 2021 transactions listed on their website... and then 2019, 2011, and two in 2001 and nothing else. Lucrative!
