London: Evercore vs Lazard vs PJT Partners vs. Moelis
London only. Would be good to compare in terms of deal flow, exit opps, culture, and pay. Thank you!

PJT > Laz >= Evercore> Mo&Co
+/- Agree overall. Some groups may be stronger than at others.
I guess it's important to say that RX plays a bigger role at PJT than at the others. So that might be something to consider. All are really strong but in my opinion PJT has the highest prestige + it has the smallest class size.
Yeah depends on many factors, you’re in a great situation if you have any of these 4. Mo&Co can be a great exp as from London you may be staffed on Middle-East deals and fly to Dubai offices every week. Yes its horribly tiring but can be really interesting. Evercore pays bank just like PJT, has decent dealflow but exits have been lacking a bit imo compared to Laz/PJT. And PJT/Laz are both really good but at PJT seniors will vouch for you for the buyside if you want to recruit and they pay bank.
.
Thanks so much! Really useful. Would you say culture/fit is more important than exits/deal flow if you are planning on hanging around for 2-3- years?
