Macquarie Group (Houston) - Thoughts?

I was wondering if you all have any info on the Houston group of Macquarie Capital (their investment banking side)?

I heard they are pretty good at the infrastructure IB but what about other energy IB?

Also, how is their pay/deal flow/exits?
