Markets products

Hey guys,

Wondering if you guys have come across a good reference material or a book on explaining the fundamentals of all market products (i.e., FX, rates, commodities, etc.) that are sold to financial institutions and corporates. I don't need to know the exact mathematical details on pricing or valuation of these various products but rather just need to understand the structure, risks involved, and why clients would need such products.

Thanks.
