Apply to BAML with a different email than you used to apply for the webcast for. Easy as that.
I highly doubt you'd be dinged. What else did the email say? I imagine that it probably was just trying to encourage you to watch the video or to read about BofA on the website.

Yeah - if they were gonna ding you I don't think they would have sent the follow up. Why rub it in your face - they probably just wanted to remind you to look at the website to get the application dates and such. But I geuss you'll never know so no real point in worrying about it. If you are paranoid - there is always the option of applying with a different email address.
