BofA TMT M&A sits in Palo Alto. BofA LA is C&R, media, EGRC, and FIG. To OP, wish I could give color but I just don't know enough about MOE LA or EVR TMT. What I do know; however, is that BofA PA has solid culture but it's in Palo Alto if that means anything to you.
Depending on your preference for generalist vs TMT and East vs West Coast, it'd be between Moelis and EVR. Personally I'd go with Moelis LA
